1. Greet customers as they arrive at the store, find out and match their requirements

2. Take customer feedback, understand customer queries, complaints and address with right solution.

3. Ensure a sound knowledge of jewellery products

4. Maintaining inventory, Stock Order and Repair, Stock reconciliation and replenishment

5. Ensure achievement of own and store sales targets

6. Maintain knowledge of current sales policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices

7. Keep update with all promotional activities going on time to time on special occasions and on seasonal or festival sales
