Position: Sales Assistant Role Summary:The Assistant Supervisor supports the Supervisor or Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring workflow efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a productive team environment. This role acts as a bridge between frontline staff and management, providing guidance, resolving issues, and helping enforce company policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing day-to-day operations and staff activities.Monitor employee performance and provide feedback or coaching as needed.Help schedule shifts and ensure proper staffing levels.Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.Support training and onboarding of new team members.Address and resolve minor employee or customer concerns promptly.Prepare basic reports and documentation as directed by the Supervisor.Step in for the Supervisor during absences or when delegated.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent Freshers can apply Good communication skills.

Responsible for generating revenue through given sales leads.Calling prospective leads that are generated by internal/external sources.Scheduling and conducting regular meetings with the Customers/Clients & participating in eventsUnderstanding the need of customers and catering to their Requirements accordingly.Taking customers for project sites and getting site visits done and briefing on project USPs thoroughly.Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product launch.Report on sales activities to senior managementReaching the targets and goals set for your areaEstablishing, maintaining and expanding your customer baseCompiling and analyzing sales figuresCollecting customer feedback and market researchKeeping up to date with products and competitorsRequired Candidate Profile:Candidate must be a Graduate.Should possess Own vehicle/conveyance.Good Communication skills and Highly PresentableStrong problem identification and objections resolution skills.Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.Excellent listening skills.Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented, and self-starter.
