Interacting and understanding the requirements of the clients acquired through online lead platforms and coordinating with the respective team member. Explain project details, offers, and services to clients in a professional manner. Schedule client visits and coordinate with the respective team member. Maintain and update the client database regularly and follow up with the team members. Achieve weekly and monthly targets as defined by superior. Assisting respective team members for the closure of the deal and ensuring the paperwork formalitiesRequirements Graduate/Diploma in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of tele calling experience, preferably from insurance or real estate background. Excellent communication and convincing skills. Good computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
