Requirements:

Anyone aspiring to work as real estate sales professional should have duties, tasks, and responsibilities of the role:

Constant calling to prospect clients on the leads provided by the company or self-generated leads

Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property

Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals

Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received

Site visits: Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals

Provide regular sales / calling/ leads reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems

Client Retention: Maintain contact with clients and retain them to have opening to discuss future business prospects

Participate in seminars, training and the events organised by the Company time to time to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.
