1. Business Development and Client ManagementDrive sales of Premium LAP products through DSAs/Connectors and build strong, long-term relationships with channel partners.Ensure consistent lead generation and manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to loan disbursement.Identify and engage potential DSAs/Connectors to expand the companys channel network.2. Loan Origination and ProcessingEvaluate client profiles and financials to ensure they meet eligibility criteria for high-ticket LAP loans (above 60 lakhs).Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and smooth disbursement of loans.Stay updated on compliance norms and ensure all loan applications adhere to regulatory guidelines.3. Sales Strategy and Target AchievementMeet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs within the designated territory.Provide market intelligence and feedback on competitor products, pricing, and customer behavior.Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue from the Premium LAP segment.

Responsibilities:Allocating targets to the Sales Team Develop a business plan to support the Sales Team.Drive the Sales Team towards achieving their respective target.Building Builder/Corporate Relationships/ DSA relationships.Executing business plans for the area under purview.Manage a Team of BDEs and provide Training and support in team developing activities.Conduct team meetings, provide individual and team feedback, and ensure teamwork.Handle individual and team objections query and motivate the team.Retaining Team Members.Continuously exploring new business opportunities.Maintaining credit quality and overall cost control.Selling Home Loan/ Insurance Products and any other product introduced by the company.Generate Leads From Builder, Open Market, and Other Sources.Assisting Team Manager in developing Tie-Ups with Builders.Any Other task assigned from time to time by his team leader.

Managing the entire property. Ensure all staff details are given to the HR Department timely and ensure the attendance of the staff working. Collect rent on a monthly basis and handle late payments in a timely manner. Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints, completing repairs, contracting landscaping and snow removal companies and enforcing rules of occupancy.
