key responsibilities:

● strategic sales leadership – develop and execute result-driven strategies to achieve sales targets while leading, mentoring, and empowering a high-performing sales team.

● home loan & lap sales growth – drive sales through channel partners, advisors, connectors, and the open market, while seamlessly coordinating with banks and nbfcs for effi cient loan processing.

● client & stakeholder engagement – build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication across all touchpoints.

● cross-functional collaboration – partner closely with marketing, product development, and operations to drive impactful sales initiatives and ensure alignment of sales strategies across different zones.

what you need to have:
