Responsibilities:
Allocating targets to the Sales Team
Develop a business plan to support the Sales Team.
Drive the Sales Team towards achieving their respective target.
Building Builder/Corporate Relationships/ DSA relationships.
Executing business plans for the area under purview.
Manage a Team of BDEs and provide Training and support in team developing activities.
Conduct team meetings, provide individual and team feedback, and ensure teamwork.
Handle individual and team objections query and motivate the team.
Retaining Team Members.
Continuously exploring new business opportunities.
Maintaining credit quality and overall cost control.
Selling Home Loan/ Insurance Products and any other product introduced by the company.
Generate Leads From Builder, Open Market, and Other Sources.
Assisting Team Manager in developing Tie-Ups with Builders.
Any Other task assigned from time to time by his team leader.
