To oversee and manage the disposal operations in the West Zone, ensuring smooth coordination, client handling, documentation, and achievement of disposal targets within company standards.Key Responsibilities:Plan and supervise disposal activities in the assigned zone.Coordinate with sellers, buyers, vendors, and field teams.Maintain records of assets, lots, and auction/disposal schedules.Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.Support the Zonal Manager in meeting monthly and quarterly targets.Visit client locations when required for inspection or coordination.Monitor team performance and provide guidance or updates.Handle inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to management.Build strong relationships with banks, corporates, and agencies for disposal assignments.Skills & Qualifications:Graduate / MBA preferred13 years of experience in operations, auction, or disposal services (preferred)Strong coordination and communication skillsBasic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)Ability to travel within the West ZoneProblem-solving and team-handling abilitiesSalary Range:As per company standards (negotiable)Work Timing:Full-time (as per company schedule)Employment Type:On-roll / Permanent , target Additional Notes:Candidates with experience in asset disposal, auction operations, or recovery services will be preferred.Should be proactive, responsible, and target-oriented.
