Ensure consistent lead generation and manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to loan disbursement.
Identify and engage potential DSAs/Connectors to expand the company��s channel network.
2. Loan Origination and Processing
Evaluate client profiles and financials to ensure they meet eligibility criteria for high-ticket LAP loans (above ��60 lakhs).
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and smooth disbursement of loans.
Stay updated on compliance norms and ensure all loan applications adhere to regulatory guidelines.
3. Sales Strategy and Target Achievement
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs within the designated territory.
Provide market intelligence and feedback on competitor products, pricing, and customer behavior.
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue from the Premium LAP segment.
