Job Description for Customer Care Executive for Golden Chemist: 01. B.SC Pharma & M.SC Pharma Preferred. Primary Pharmacy phone coverage answering calls and handling to resolution. Answer assertion benefit questions from callers on both group and individual pharmacy products. 02. Providing client service and timely responses to customers via phone, online chat, and email.03. Guide and educate customers on their prescription benefits, use of plan, formulary, premiums and status of orders and claims or inquiries.04. Make outbound calls to customers on prescription orders and payment issues.05. Performs related duties: a. Reviews, updates and become familiar with new and revised benefit information, drug information or claim processing procedures.b.
