Job Description Must have hands on experience in AutoCAD, MS Office, Sketchup, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop and other relevant tools. Having 3D Modelling / 3D rendering / Drafting in AutoCad knowledge. Having knowledge and experience in statutory / preparation of drawings as per requirement of Fire Protection and MEP Services - Architectural Planning (Internal), Space Zone Planning, Renders, Carpentry and Furniture Layout, Faade Design Layout, Flooring, Artwork and Signage layout, Finishes Drawings, Lighting Layout, All Services Layout, Finishes & Equipment Schedule etc. Coordinate and manage interior design projects from start to finish. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Manage contractor relationships and ensure quality control. Oversee procurement of materials and furnishings. Proficiency with design software and project management tools. Must have worked as Project Draftsman in at least one restaurant project for full life cycle from conceptualisation to handing over of facility. Must have exposure in overall MEP (Electrical, Plumbing System, Mechanical, HAVC etc.) works as required for restaurant project. Must visits to project sites, assessing and reporting the design conformity, quality compliance, progress updates, criticalities and suggest improvement strategies. Interface between all Architect, client, engineers, Team Members and stakeholders. Languages to be known, English (writing and communication is must), Bengali, Hindi. Location: Kolkata / Howrah and travelling as requiredProject Exp. Minimum two restaurant projects. Minimum 4 - 5 years work experience in interior design project management.
