We are looking for an Operation Executive to manage daily operational activities, coordinate between departments, and ensure smooth functioning of classes and student services.Key Responsibilities:-1. - Collect, organize, and maintain large sets of data related to vehicle sales, inventory, maintenance, customer interactions, and financial transactions to ensure accurate reporting.- Prepare and generate regular management reports, dashboards, and data analysis on sales performance, inventory levels, service history, and customer satisfaction, providing insights for decision-making.- Oversee the management of the companys databases, ensuring that vehicle-related data (such as sales records, maintenance logs, customer information) is accurate, up-to-date, and secure.- Work with various departments (sales, finance, service, etc.) to integrate systems and ensure seamless data flow across platforms, optimizing the efficiency of MIS operations.- Provide analytical support to senior management by preparing custom reports and performing data analysis to help with decision-making regarding inventory management, sales forecasting, and business growth strategies.- Track and monitor vehicle inventory, including new cars, used cars, and spare parts, ensuring that accurate stock levels are reflected in the system and reported regularly.- Track the sales performance of vehicles, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.- Analyze customer data to understand purchasing behavior, demographics, and preferences, providing insights to enhance customer targeting, service offerings, and marketing campaigns.- Maintain records of vehicle servicing, repairs, and warranties, ensuring that data is easily accessible for customers and service teams, and ensuring proper scheduling and follow-ups.- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to vehicle sales, after-sales service, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction, ensuring that the companys objectives are being met.

- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various departments and systems to create regular and ad-hoc reports for management.- Design and implement standardized reporting templates and ensure consistency and accuracy in the data provided to stakeholders.- Ensure the efficient operation of the companys MIS software and systems, identifying and troubleshooting issues that may arise.- Analyze business data to help management make informed decisions regarding operations, resources, and future strategies.- Maintain, update, and manage company databases to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.- Develop and customize reports for different departments as required, including sales, finance, HR, and project management.- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reports and data provided to internal teams and clients.- Support project managers with data analysis, status tracking, and reporting on project progress.- Assist in the implementation of new MIS software or upgrades to existing systems to improve reporting capabilities.- Collaborate with departments like HR, finance, sales, and operations to gather the necessary data for reporting and analysis.- Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements for data collection, reporting, and analysis processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all MIS procedures, reports, and systems to ensure continuity and knowledge transfer.- Ensure all data and reports comply with industry regulations, company policies, and data protection standards.
