We are looking for an Operation Executive to manage daily operational activities, coordinate between departments, and ensure smooth functioning of classes and student services.Key Responsibilities:-1. - Generate and manage periodic reports on sales, inventory, and customer data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.- Develop and maintain dashboards to track business KPIs and operational performance.- Maintain and update inventory data, ensuring accuracy in the stock levels of routers, cables, and other network-related products.- Coordinate with the logistics team to manage stock movements, including orders, deliveries, and returns.- Integrate data from multiple sources (ERP systems, sales data, customer databases) for better visibility and decision-making.- Identify data discrepancies, inconsistencies, or errors and provide solutions to correct them.- Work closely with the IT team to resolve system or data issues affecting the MIS functions.- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities related to product sales, market demand, and customer preferences.- Work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth system operations, including troubleshooting, software updates, and database management.- Assist in the development and implementation of MIS systems, ensuring they align with business objectives and industry standards.- Ensure that all data management processes comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.- Suggest improvements for existing MIS tools and recommend new technologies or tools to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting.- Provide training and support to other departments on the use of MIS tools and systems.- Track product shipments and inventory from suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and aligning with company demand forecasts.

- Collect, organize, and maintain large sets of data related to vehicle sales, inventory, maintenance, customer interactions, and financial transactions to ensure accurate reporting.- Prepare and generate regular management reports, dashboards, and data analysis on sales performance, inventory levels, service history, and customer satisfaction, providing insights for decision-making.- Oversee the management of the companys databases, ensuring that vehicle-related data (such as sales records, maintenance logs, customer information) is accurate, up-to-date, and secure.- Work with various departments (sales, finance, service, etc.) to integrate systems and ensure seamless data flow across platforms, optimizing the efficiency of MIS operations.- Provide analytical support to senior management by preparing custom reports and performing data analysis to help with decision-making regarding inventory management, sales forecasting, and business growth strategies.- Track and monitor vehicle inventory, including new cars, used cars, and spare parts, ensuring that accurate stock levels are reflected in the system and reported regularly.- Track the sales performance of vehicles, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.- Analyze customer data to understand purchasing behavior, demographics, and preferences, providing insights to enhance customer targeting, service offerings, and marketing campaigns.- Maintain records of vehicle servicing, repairs, and warranties, ensuring that data is easily accessible for customers and service teams, and ensuring proper scheduling and follow-ups.- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to vehicle sales, after-sales service, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction, ensuring that the companys objectives are being met.
