Maintain records of vouchers, invoices, payments, etc.Handling day-to-day accounting.Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments.Handling all banking related works.Communicating with clients and vendors through phone calls or email.

Qualifications PQE- Minimum 1+ year post qualification work experience (Must). PLEASE INDICATE THE NO. OF YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WHILE APPLYING.Role & Responsibilities:1. Prepare, manage and Verify Excel Data & Prepare the Loan Recall Notice through mail merge. 2. Manage letters and coordination for dispatch as per Turn around time with vendors.3. Prepare and print documents and coordination with vendors, lawyers and Arbitrators for proper execution.4. Scanning of documents, maintenance of scanned documents on hard drive, issuance of bulk letters on emails, whatsapp, etc. 5. Coordinate with team and serve the Notices to the Parties email ids ( from LRN to till Final Hearing) as per TAT.6. Preparing MIS of client wise and sending the same to clients as per their requirements as per TAT.7. Attending clients Calls, mails and resolving their issues.8. Forwarding mails received from clients to concern advocates9.
