Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction.3-Performance management : Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding performance related matters.4-Training and development : Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, AI-powered content creation, and social media management.Key Responsibilities:- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.- Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads for lead generation and brand awareness.- Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Performance Max.- Generate qualified franchise and business leads through digital marketing campaigns.- Create professional AI-generated promotional videos, reels, and marketing creatives.- Design social media posts, banners, and promotional campaigns using modern design tools.- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI through data analysis.- Maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support business growth.- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and social media algorithms.Required Skills:- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.- Experience with Google Ads.- Ability to create AI-generated videos using modern AI tools.- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design software.- Understanding of lead generation, social media strategy, and performance marketing.- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
