Were looking for a passionate and result-driven Marketing & Sponsorship Manager to handle the entire sponsorship, partnership, and marketing operations on a commission basis.Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential sponsors (corporates, brands, MSMEs, NGOs, government bodies)Prepare and present sponsorship proposalsManage sponsor negotiations and finalize dealsCoordinate branding, social media campaigns, and media coverageBuild collaborations with colleges, federations, and influencersMaintain sponsor relations and submit post-event reportsEligibility:Minimum 1 year experience in sports, event, or corporate marketingStrong communication and presentation skillsLocal/regional contacts preferredMust be self-motivated and target-orientedCompensation:Commission-based model only1015% commission on total sponsorship value generatedPerformance bonuses for top results
