role overview:
we are organizing a professional-level girls kabaddi league in august 2026. we’re looking for a passionate and result-driven marketing & sponsorship manager to handle the entire sponsorship, partnership, and marketing operations on a commission basis.
key responsibilities:
identify and approach potential sponsors (corporates, brands, msmes, ngos, government bodies)
prepare and present sponsorship proposals
manage sponsor negotiations and finalize deals
coordinate branding, social media campaigns, and media coverage
build collaborations with colleges, federations, and influencers
maintain sponsor relations and submit post-event reports
eligibility:
minimum 1 year experience in sports, event, or corporate marketing
strong communication and presentation skills
local/regional contacts preferred
must be self-motivated and target-oriented
compensation:
commission-based model only
10–15% commission on total sponsorship value generated
performance bonuses for top results
