Sales Management & Business DevelopmentAchieve Sales Targets: Set, monitor, and strive to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals (quotas).Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities and leads through market research, cold outreach, networking, and digital channels.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, including managing key accounts and nurturing customer loyalty.Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients; negotiate contracts and pricing terms.Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales funnel from initial contact through to closing deals, utilizing a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.II. Marketing Strategy & Campaign ExecutionStrategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives and sales goals.Campaign Management: Design, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, print, events, etc.) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.Content & Collateral: Collaborate with creative teams (internal or external) to develop engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, and digital ads.Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency in all marketing and sales communications.III.
