Position: Telecalling & Back Office Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Generate and maintain customer database.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and other office documents.
Maintain records of customers, orders, and sales activities.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth order processing.
Support material dispatch and documentation activities.
Manage day-to-day administrative and back-office operations.
Provide customer support and resolve basic queries.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.
Strong follow-up and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and maintain records accurately.
Qualification:
HSC / Graduate (Any Stream)
