The role involves identifying potential export markets, managing distributors/importers, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and driving international sales growth for food products.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement export marketing plans aligned with business goals. Identify and evaluate potential international markets and new business opportunities. Manage relationships with overseas distributors, importers, and agents. Negotiate export contracts, pricing, and trade terms. Ensure compliance with international trade laws, food safety standards, and export documentation requirements. Coordinate logistics, shipping, and documentation with the export department. Conduct market research on competitor products, pricing, and market trends. Represent the company at international trade fairs and exhibitions. Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and product compliance. Prepare export sales reports and track performance against targets.Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of international trade, export documentation, and food regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Market research and analytical skills. Familiarity with international logistics, INCOTERMS, and customs requirements. Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, International Business, or related field. 3 5 years of experience in export marketing, preferably in the food or FMCG sector. Knowledge of export procedures, food certifications (e.g., HACCP, ISO, Halal), and international markets.
