overview
we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented sales executive with experience in selling home/office furniture or interior products such as wooden flooring, wallpaper, air conditioners, aluminium doors & windows, and related items. the ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into successful sales.
key responsibilities
promote and sell furniture & interior products to walk-in customers, corporate clients, and project customers.
identify customer needs and recommend suitable products (furniture, flooring, wallpaper, ac units, aluminium doors/windows, etc.).
handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close sales.
maintain strong product knowledge to effectively present features and benefits.
achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
conduct site visits, when required, for measurements or product demonstrations.
coordinate with the installation/technical team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
participate in promotional events, product displays, and showroom management.
