Logistics Executive - Full Time

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery & Hub Operations

Planning and controlling daily logistics and delivery operations in a warehouse or hub.

Ensuring that all orders reach customers/markets on time and accurately.

2. Vehicle Loading & Unloading

goods are not damaged during loading (Zero Damage) and are placed in the correct order .

whether the goods have been loaded as per the delivery challan and invoice .

3. Stock Management

Maintaining accurate records of inventory and stock in the hub.

Updating incoming and outgoing goods (Inward/Outward Stock) in the system properly.

that there is no discrepancy between the physical stock and the stock in the system (Stock Reconciliation) .

4. Driver & Vehicle Management

Allocating duties and trips to drivers according to daily routes.

Driver behavior, punctuality, and troubleshooting on-road issues.

Keeping track of vehicle availability, fitness, maintenance and fuel consumption.

5. MIS & Data Management

Preparing accurate Logistics MIS reports of daily operations, stock and trips .

Submitting vehicle turnaround time (TAT), delivery status, and cost reports to senior management .
