Position Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Export Logistics Executive to manage the end-to-end export shipment process for V H World Exim. The candidate will coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods across international markets.Key Responsibilities: Handle export documentation including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, and other customs-related papers. Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA, transporters, and freight forwarders for booking and shipment execution. Track and monitor shipment schedules, ensuring on-time dispatch and delivery. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export policies. Manage logistics costs, freight negotiations, and timely payments. Liaise with buyers and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and updates on shipments. Maintain accurate records of export data, shipping details, and inventory movements. Assist in export-related audits and documentation control.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Logistics, International Business, or Supply Chain Management. Minimum 15 years of experience in export logistics or shipping coordination. Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, export procedures, and customs clearance. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
