Job Description : Customer Support Executive
• Able to handle import and export shipments by Air & Sea
• Handling End to End Shipment process.
• Preparing BL draft (MBL/HBL).
• Submitting SI on website
• Co-ordinate with CHA, Shipping Lines.
• VGM submission on ODEX
• INTTRA booking submission
• Placement of Bookings with shipping lines.
• Knowledge of ISF filing
• Should have good command over Software Skills – Internet, MS Office, E-mail Etiquettes.
• Responding to enquiries of all the customers in the most efficient manner
• Regular updates and follow up with clients/ liners/ Shipping lines other service providers.
• Excellent verbal & communication skills, Multi-tasking & ability to handle work pressure
• Regular follow up with internal departments to get updates on client issues.
• Maintaining data of all clients/ potential clients.
• Up-to data reporting to clients with cargo status pertaining to various shipments.
