The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a packing environment and will ensure the efficient and accurate packing of products.Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Packing Operations: Oversee daily packing activities to ensure products are packed according to company standards and timelines.- Train Packing Staff: Provide training and guidance to team members on effective packing techniques and safety procedures.- Monitor Quality Control: Check packed items to ensure they meet quality standards before dispatch, minimizing errors and maintaining customer satisfaction.- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of packing activities, including quantities packed and materials used for reporting purposes.- Coordinate with Other Departments: Work with production and shipping teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.Required Skills and Expectations:The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills to motivate the packing team and maintain a positive working environment. Good communication skills are essential for coordinating with other departments and conveying packing requirements clearly. Attention to detail is important to ensure that all products are packed to specifications. A proactive approach to solving problems and optimizing packing processes will be highly valued. Candidates should be physically fit, as the role may require some lifting and standing for long periods. Familiarity with packing machinery is a plus, as is a commitment to adhering to safety guidelines.

3-4 years of experience.Good understanding of manually cutting coated rubber roll, back side label printing, etc.Well versed with measurements, intelligent to plan cutting independently.Passion for production shop floor activities.Having basic computer knowledge.
