Job Title: Dispatch Executive
Experience : 2years experience a dispatch or logistics
Location: Changodar, Gujrat
Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Order Processing: Receive and verify customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
2) Document Preparation: Prepare shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and labels.
3) Transportation Coordination: Arrange for transportation, coordinate with carriers, and schedule delivery trucks.
4) Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and shipments.
5) Customer Communication: Provide customers with delivery updates and resolve any delivery-related issues.
6) Compliance: Ensure adherence to transportation regulations and company procedures.
7) Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet delivery needs.
8) Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise during the dispatch process, such as delays or discrepancies.
Required Skills:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, drivers, and other team members.
Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Attention To Detail: Accuracy and attention to detail in preparing documents and maintaining records.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to dispatch operations.
Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills for data entry and using dispatch management software.
Logistics Knowledge: Understanding of logistics principles and transportation practices.
Experience:
Experience in a dispatch or logistics environment is preferred, but not always required.
Some experience with Tally & Odoo ERP systems or dispatch management software may be an advantage.
