Answer assertion benefit questions from callers on both group and individual pharmacy products. 02. Providing client service and timely responses to customers via phone, online chat, and email.03. Guide and educate customers on their prescription benefits, use of plan, formulary, premiums and status of orders and claims or inquiries.04.
