- Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for both internal teams and students.- Provide first-level support via helpdesk, phone, or in-person, ensuring timely resolution of technical problems.- Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, servers, and networking equipment.- Install and configure operating systems, software applications, and necessary updates on workstations and servers.- Assist in implementing and maintaining data backup solutions to prevent data loss.- Ensure regular backups and data integrity for all critical systems.- Support the implementation of security protocols to protect systems and data from unauthorized access.- Provide basic training to staff and students on the use of IT systems and software applications.- Work closely with senior IT staff to learn and implement best practices in IT management.
