RequirementsMinimum 1 year of International Voice - BPO experience or any customer service experience.Minimum Qualification HSC or Graduation.Excellent communication skills in English.Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.Proficient in using customer service software and systems.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.Good multitasking and time management skills.Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
