Meeting Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining exceptional customer service. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales techniques and strategies.Qualifications: Previous experience in BPO/Call Center sales or a related field is a must. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
