The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for helping students. Key Responsibilities Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential leads, parents, and students to introduce NEET Support services and explain the value they provide. Lead Conversion: Convert inquiries into enrollments by understanding customer needs and offering relevant solutions. Follow-Ups: Follow up on leads and ensure regular communication to maintain interest and engagement. Customer Support: Address queries and provide accurate information about NEET preparation guidance, counselling services, and other offerings. Database Management: Maintain detailed records of calls, interactions, and outcomes using CRM tools. Feedback Collection: Gather insights from students/parents to improve services and refine communication strategies. Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and enrollments.
