Job Title: Inside Sales ExecutiveJob Description:Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone and via email. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales strategies.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with customers.Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and effectiveness of sales campaigns.Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Responsibilities- Handle calls on leads generated for clear aligner (Smile correction/ Smile straightening) services on our digital platforms. Describe the services and USP of the same and try to generate maximum conversions Regular follow-ups with potential clients/ patients. Overall problem solving for customers and coordination as necessary. Handle any operations-related activities that may be required Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excels. Generate relevant reports from the same. Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with the required doctor who shall visit the patient Analyse the quality of calls and strive for improvement. Preparing of daily reports and maintaining of daily data Requirements: Graduation/HSC with relevant experience. Great customer service skills, should be able to tackle and answer all the queries Must have excellent coordination skills, reading and writing skills Should have great convincing skills

Handle calls on leads generated .The initial call will be primarily a sales pitch followed by issue resolutions and query handling.Describe the services and generate maximum conversions. Continuous follow ups with Potential clients.Overall Problem solving for patients and coordination as necessary.Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excel.Schedule appointments for clients and coordinate with the required therapist who shall visit the client.
