tabulate and record responses from all channels on excels. • generate relevant reports from the same. • schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with the required doctor who shall visit the patient •
analyse the quality of calls and strive for improvement. • preparing of daily reports and maintaining of daily data requirements: • graduation/hsc with relevant experience. •
great customer service skills, should be able to tackle and answer all the queries • must have excellent coordination skills, reading and writing skills • should have great convincing skills •
