They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.Roles & Responsibilities1. We are looking for Candidates who have excellent communication and chatting skills.2. Respond promptly and professionally to the customer inquiries over whatsapp Groups, Personal Chat, Incoming & Outgoing calls.3. Assist clients by demonstrating the use of goods and programs and answering any questions politely they may have.4. Curate offering from different service providers, negotiate and drive closures by providing best options5. Recommend products and services to customers.6. Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs.7. Recommend new products or services or make suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits.8. Drive conversions by understanding customer problems, and help company achieve sales targets.Skills & Requirements1. Friendly and welcoming manner with clients.2. MS Excel, Ms word3.
