We are looking for dynamic and result-orientedSales Executivesto strengthen our presence inDhanbad, Bokaro and GiridihKey Responsibilities:* Promote and sell Mahindra Powerol Diesel Generators to businesses, institutions, and individual clients in the assigned territory.* Identify and visit potential customers such as contractors, industries, educational institutions, hospitals, retail outlets, and government departments.* Understand client needs, provide technical information, and suggest suitable generator models.* Prepare and present quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales.* Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.* Coordinate with the back-office team for order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.* Maintain records of visits, sales, and customer interactions using CRM tools or reports.Requirements:* 0-5 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial products, power solutions, or machinery.* Local candidates or those familiar with Dhanbad and Bokaro markets will be preferred.* Ability to travel locally for client visits.
