Key Responsibilities:

* Promote and sell Mahindra Powerol Diesel Generators to businesses, institutions, and individual clients in the assigned territory.

* Identify and visit potential customers such as contractors, industries, educational institutions, hospitals, retail outlets, and government departments.

* Understand client needs, provide technical information, and suggest suitable generator models.

* Prepare and present quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales.

* Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Coordinate with the back-office team for order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.

* Maintain records of visits, sales, and customer interactions using CRM tools or reports.

Requirements:

* 0-5 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial products, power solutions, or machinery.

* Local candidates or those familiar with Dhanbad and Bokaro markets will be preferred.

* Ability to travel locally for client visits. Own Bike is must,
