Required Skills and QualificationsExperience: 3 to 5 Years Proven experience as a recruitment specialist, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with diverse candidates, from shop floor employees to senior engineering staff.Organization: Ability to manage high-volume hiring and multiple, urgent vacancies simultaneously.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing & Recruitment: Build applicant pools for roles such as machine operators, engineers, maintenance technicians, and quality inspectors using J' Recruiting Specialist methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, and job fairs.Manufacturing Focus: Understand technical requirements for roles Hiring Process Management: Create job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate in-person interviews and plant tours.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with plant managers and HR to establish hiring plans and define selection criteria.Compliance & Administration: Ensure all hiring complies with legal standards, including safety certifications and background checks.Metrics Reporting: Track hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
