Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyse key recruitment metrics to evaluate sourcing strategies and improve the overall hiring process. Generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
