Job Responsibilities:
€¢ Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance. Work closely with hiring managers to define staffing needs, create job descriptions, and develop sourcing strategies.
€¢ Sourcing and Talent Pipeline: Actively source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Build a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady stream of qualified candidates.
€¢ Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments, including resume screenings, initial interviews, and skill evaluations. Present the best candidates to hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
€¢ Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates by maintaining timely communication, providing feedback, and managing expectations throughout the recruitment cycle.
€¢ Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyse key recruitment metrics to evaluate sourcing strategies and improve the overall hiring process. Generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
€¢ Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
Requirements:
€¢ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
€¢ Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods.
€¢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
€¢ Proficiency in using social media and professional networks for sourcing and employer branding.
€¢ Analytical skills for interpreting recruitment data and driving data-based decisions.
