Job DescriptionDesignation: HR ManagerSalary: upto 40k(per month CTC)Desired Candidate Skills and Qualifications:1: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably within the related industry having online operations and manufacturing.2: Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.3: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.4: Solid understanding of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.5: Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training.6: Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.7: Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.8: Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.Role & Responsibilities:1: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the companys overall objectives.2: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.3: Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.4: Develop and administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.5: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.6: Conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and development.7: Ensure effective on boarding and orientation of new employees.8: Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration and performance-based incentives.9: Stay updated on HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.Working Days: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
