salary: upto 40k(per month ctc)

1: minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an hr manager or in a similar hr leadership role, preferably within the related industry having online operations and manufacturing.
2: strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
3: excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4: solid understanding of hr best practices, policies, and procedures.
5: experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training.
6: ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
7: exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
8: proficiency in hris software and microsoft office suite.
role & responsibilities:
1: develop and implement hr strategies and initiatives aligned with the companys overall objectives.
2: oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
3: manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
4: develop and administer hr policies and procedures in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
5: provide guidance and support to managers and employees on hr-related matters.
6: conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
7: ensure effective on boarding and orientation of new employees.
8: manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration and performance-based incentives.
9: stay updated on hr trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
working days: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (monday to saturday)
