Job Responsibility:- Screening, shortlisting and scheduling candidates from various job portals and sources. Following up on the candidates and conducting an initial round of interviews. Paper and scores checking of the candidates and arranging final managerial rounds Sending offer letters, documentation and conducting joining formalities. Build Data Bank for future vacancies Good communication skills. Building reward and recognition processes. Ensuring employee support and employee welfare

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues3. Manage the recruitment and selection process4. Handle the entire Induction process5. Overall looking at the Salary structure & Comply with all the compliance (PF, ESI)6. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital7. Nurture a positive working environment8. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance9. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs10. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
