The candidate will assist customers in selecting matching blouse pieces, laces, falls, and other saree accessories while ensuring good customer service.Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and understand their matching requirementsShow blouse pieces, laces, falls, borders, and other accessoriesSuggest suitable matching items for sarees and dressesHandle billing and cash paymentsMaintain shop cleanliness and arrange stock properlyManage daily stock and inform owner about low stockProvide friendly and helpful service to customersRequirements:Female candidates preferredMinimum qualification: 8th / 10th PassExperience in matching center or retail shop preferred (Freshers can apply)Basic knowledge of colors and fabric matchingGood communication skills (Hindi/Local language)Honest, punctual, and responsibleSalary:3,000 4,000 per month (Based on experience)Working Hours:10:00 AM 8:00 PM (As per shop timing)

Key Responsibilities:Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned territory.Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.Identify new market opportunities and onboard new retail partners.Ensure regular product placement, merchandising, and stock availability at retail points.Conduct market visits to monitor competitor activities and pricing trends.Execute promotional activities and brand visibility campaigns in coordination with marketing teams.Collect market feedback and communicate it to management for product improvement.Manage order collection, payment follow-ups, and ensure timely delivery.Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and negotiation skills.Good understanding of mobile accessories and retail market dynamics.Self-motivated and target-driven.Ability to work independently and handle field operations.Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools).
