key responsibilities:
achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned territory.
develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
identify new market opportunities and onboard new retail partners.
ensure regular product placement, merchandising, and stock availability at retail points.
conduct market visits to monitor competitor activities and pricing trends.
execute promotional activities and brand visibility campaigns in coordination with marketing teams.
collect market feedback and communicate it to management for product improvement.
manage order collection, payment follow-ups, and ensure timely delivery.
prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the reporting manager.
