Job Title: Female Sales Staff

Job Summary:

We are hiring a polite and hardworking Female Sales Staff for our small matching center shop in Lalitpur. The candidate will assist customers in selecting matching blouse pieces, laces, falls, and other saree accessories while ensuring good customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their matching requirements

Show blouse pieces, laces, falls, borders, and other accessories

Suggest suitable matching items for sarees and dresses

Handle billing and cash payments

Maintain shop cleanliness and arrange stock properly

Manage daily stock and inform owner about low stock

Provide friendly and helpful service to customers

Requirements:

Female candidates preferred

Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th Pass

Experience in matching center or retail shop preferred (Freshers can apply)

Basic knowledge of colors and fabric matching

Good communication skills (Hindi/Local language)

Honest, punctual, and responsible

Salary:

‚¹3,000 €“ ‚¹4,000 per month (Based on experience)

Working Hours:

10:00 AM €“ 8:00 PM (As per shop timing)
