Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sourcing and networking abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
