passenger services:

assisting passengers with check-in, baggage tagging, and boarding procedures.

providing information on flight schedules, delays, and airport services.

addressing passenger inquiries and resolving issues related to their travel.

offering assistance to passengers with special needs, such as those with disabilities or young children.

baggage handling:

managing the loading and unloading of passenger luggage and cargo.

ensuring proper tagging and handling of baggage to prevent loss or damage.

aircraft ground handling:

coordinating the movement of aircraft on the ground, including guiding them to gates and ensuring proper positioning.

conducting pre-flight checks and ensuring the aircraft is prepared for departure.

overseeing the refueling and restocking of the aircraft.

security and safety:

ensuring compliance with airport security protocols and regulations.

monitoring security cameras and access points to maintain a safe environment.

responding to emergency situations and providing assistance as needed.
