Handle customer data with care and ensure complete confidentiality at all times. Avoid coercive language, threats, or harassment during communication with customers.Customer Support and Problem Solving: Assist customers who are facing genuine financial difficulties by directing them to appropriate internal departments or solutions. Listen actively and identify potential customer service issues that could affect payment behavior. Escalate complex queries or unresolved cases to the relevant team in a timely manner.Reporting and Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recovery targets as set by management. Submit periodic reports on collection performance, accounts recovered, and pending follow-ups.
