- promote and cross-sell various services offered by tovite technologies.

- maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the crm system.

- follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into potential clients.

- handle customer objections professionally and provide solutions to overcome concerns.

- collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

- provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive relationship with clients.

requirements:

- excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, polite, and professional phone manner.

- previous experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
