Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular field visits to schools, corporates, NGOs, and potential clients for business generationEngage with stakeholders face-to-face to build strong, long-term relationshipsIdentify and secure CSR funding opportunities with corporates and institutionsDevelop and deliver impactful proposals, pitches, and presentationsMaintain CRM data, generate MIS reports, and track performance metricsAchieve monthly/quarterly revenue and outreach goalsCollaborate with internal teams for smooth project execution

Responsibilities: Understand needs and requirements; build a strong relationship with doctors Visit the assigned market territory to conduct demos for users (doctors) and managedeal closure Building sales pipeline by acquiring new and converting competition user Rigorous & structured follow-ups with Doctors to ensure sales closure Provide in-depth platform training to the doctors and clinic staff Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets Maintain and expand your database of prospects through referral channelRequirements: Excellent communication skills(English & Regional language preferred) with a focuson driving a sales Plan and travel extensively across the assigned territory & upcountry if required Strong people skills with high customer-centricity Good technical understanding of the product Strong listening, presentation & time management skills Any bachelor's / Master's degree (Biotech/Pharma will be preferred)

He/She should be a candidate from the age group of 25 to 35 years with a bachelors degree inPhysiotherapy or life sciences with good communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi.2) Products to be sold are bracing products like knee braces, ankle braces, and shoulder braces.These are higher-end mp; costly products manufactured by Donjoy, USA. So, the product is tobe sold with good sales skills (no chance to achieve the sales on price point).3) The customers would be Orthopaedic Surgeons, physiotherapists, hospitals, medical shopowners, and surgical goods, distributors. Hence the candidate having experience workingwith companies like Vissico, Tynor, LP etc. would be preferable.4) Candidate with the mindset of taking on monthly sales targets and achieving it would begiven preference.
