- Conduct regular field visits to monitor the progress and condition of stone aggregate production, stone crushing operations, and tea gardens.- Oversee the quality of the materials (stone aggregate, crushed stones, tea leaves, etc.) produced and ensure they meet company standards and client specifications.- Assist with operational activities in the field, including coordinating labor, equipment, and resources for smooth day-to-day activities.- Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and operation of field equipment used in stone crushing, aggregate production, and tea garden maintenance.- Enforce adherence to safety standards and protocols in the field to minimize workplace accidents.- Ensure that all operations in stone crushing and tea gardening are compliant with environmental laws and company sustainability initiatives.- Act as a liaison between the company and clients in the field, addressing queries and ensuring client satisfaction.- Collect data on production rates, operational challenges, and quality control, providing feedback to management.- Train and mentor junior field staff on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and best practices in stone aggregate production, stone crushing, and tea garden management.- Coordinate logistics for material transportation between sites and warehouses.
